SMT Chip Processing Plant Placement Machine Maintenance And Maintenance

Check every day

(1) Before opening the power supply of the placement machine, check the following items:

① temperature and humidity: temperature between 20 ℃ ~ 26 ℃, humidity between 45 ~ 70%.

② indoor environment: the requirements of air clean, no corrosive gas.

③ sure that the transmission rail, the placement of the head moving range without debris.

④ see in the fixed camera without debris, the lens is clean.

⑤ Make sure there is no debris around the mouthpiece.

⑥ Check if the nozzle is dirty, deform, clean or replace the nozzle.

⑦ check the tape feeder is correctly placed in the material station, do not believe that there is no debris on the station

⑧ Check the air connection, air hose and other connections.

(2) After opening the power of the placement machine, check the following items:

If the placement machine is running or is not working properly, an error message will be displayed on the display.

① After starting the system, check whether the display of the menu screen is normal.

② When the "Servo" switch is pressed, the indicator light turns on. Otherwise shut down after the restart, and then open it.

③ emergency switch can work properly.

④ Check whether the placement head can return to the starting point (source point) correctly.

⑤ check the placement head moving, with or without abnormal noise.

⑥ Check whether all the negative pressure of the nozzle head is in the range.

⑦ Check whether the PCB is running on the rail. Check if the sensor is sensitive.

⑧ check edge positioning, needle positioning is correct.

2. Monthly inspection

(1) Clean the CRT screen and floppy disk drive

(2) X, Y axis - When the placement head moves, make sure that there is no abnormal noise on the X and Y axes.

(3) cable - make sure that the screws on the cable and cable bracket are not loose.

(4) Air connector - Make sure the air connector is not loose.

(5) air hose - check the pipe and the connection. Make sure the air hose does not leak.

(6) X, Y motor - make sure that the X, Y motor does not heat abnormally.

(7) overtravel - Move the mounting head in the positive and negative directions of the X and Y axes. When the placement of the head out of the normal range, the alarm should sound, the head can immediately stop the movement. After the alarm using manual operation menu, make sure that the placement head can run.

(8) Rotating motor - Check the timing belt and gear for smudges. Make sure that the mounting head can be rotated unobstructed. Make sure that the mounting head has enough torque.

(9) Z-axis motor - Check whether the mounting head can move smoothly up and down. Push your finger up to see if it's moving smoothly. So that the placement head up and down, respectively, out of the normal range, check whether the alarm can sound and the placement of the head can immediately stop.

(10) S motor (if there is a scanning CCD) - ensure that the scanning head can move smoothly.

(11) Negative pressure - Check the negative pressure of all the mounting heads. If the negative pressure is not normal, clean the filter in the nozzle shaft and replace it if the filter in the vacuum vent pipe is dirty (blackened).

(12) Transmission rails - Check the movement of the transmission rails. Check the tightness of the conveyor belt. Check the conveyor without smudges, scratches and debris. Check the automatic width adjustment of the guide rail. Check the movement at the maximum width and minimum width. At the population and exit, check the parallelism of the rails and the delivery of the PCB.

(13) PCB limiter - see its motion and noise.

(14) side clamping, rear top blocks, buffer stops - check their wear conditions.

(15) Clamps on the nozzle plate - Check for flexibility and wear.

(16) Camera - Clean the lens and light box of all cameras.

(17) camera lighting device - check its movement and brightness.

(18) OPERATION SWITCHING - CHECK On the VO signal screen, if all the brakes are working properly. Check the emergency stop switch.

(19) Alarm light - make sure all lights are bright. Make sure their installation is strong.

(20) dangerous alarm, warning alarm one by one to check whether they can ring.

(21) Camera - Performs "Image Detection".

(22) Pick point coordinate value - Check the pickup point coordinate value of the feeder station.

(23) Placement - Make sure the components can be assembled to the specified location.
